2. Products CortneyCole Co sells handmade and curated boutique necklaces. Due to the handmade nature of many of our pieces, slight variations in color, size, and finish may occur and are considered part of the charm and uniqueness of each item — not defects.

3. Custom Orders Custom orders are made to order and are final sale. Please contact us before placing a custom order to discuss design, timeline, and pricing. Production and shipping lead times for custom orders vary and will be communicated at the time of order.

4. Pricing All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a pricing error has occurred.

5. Payment We accept all major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

6. Shipping Domestic orders ship at a flat rate of $5.50 and arrive within 5–7 business days for in-stock items. International shipping is available by request — please contact us for pricing and availability. CortneyCole Co is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including product photos, descriptions, branding, and designs — is the property of CortneyCole Co and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability CortneyCole Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
